Writer of criticism, fiction and theory, based in London. He is a member of the Editorial Collective of Mute magazine. He is also co-editor of the books Noise & Capitalism, Agit Disco and co-author of No Room to Move: Radical Art and the Regenerate City (with Josephine Berry Slater), and a contributor to the book Communization and its Discontents. Screen films with Full Unemployment Cinema, a London based collective who screens films once a month around the themes of work and non-work.
He headed Le P'tit Ciné, a non-profit organisation based in Brussels that promotes docs at cinemas and community centers around Belgium. From 2009-2012 he was the artistic director of Cinema du Reel, the documentary festival in Paris. Currently runs the Brussells Audiovisual Centre.
